The Residential sector should be as simple as it gets,  but it comes with its difficulties. There is a lot of detail to get right with Residential projects, but the main issue is that we are dealing with such smaller spaces, meaning our tolerances for prefabricated cable lengths are significantly tighter. But that shouldn't necessarily be worrying, if we follow a disciplined process of gathering information, talking to the right teams, then we get the right detail; routes, voids, heights, depths, elevations etc. What is rewarding is that once you get one typical area finalised we tend to see mass repetition throughout each project.
